In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the rapid development of digital technologies such as mobile communication and artificial intelligence has changed the way we consume and disseminate information, and the expectations of Korean media consumers has reached a high level.
Among media content, especially news content, real-time full duplex communication is important, but a conventional news production system has limitations in quickly delivering refined, high-quality information to viewers. In other words, the traditional method is a work method for providing updates due to various factors such as manual correction, processing delay, and human errors, and in particular, it can be seen as having a lot of simple repetition in the process of preparing information transmission, storage, and editing.
The purpose of this study is to innovate the news production method by applying the latest digital ICT (information and communication technology). I propose a next-generation news production architecture that can transmit news video/audio files to theAI-SaaS cloud in real time by applying 5G/5G-Advanced/6G mobile communication technology, and analyze and process the uploaded files through optimized video & audio recognition, OCR, and other deep learning engines.
