Throughout her time at UCLA and time spent traveling, she has developed a passion for international relations, with an interest in Latin America in particular. She recently spent six months in Chile studying abroad and working with local nonprofits and social enterprises specializing in rural development. She has also conducted research projects on social and solidarity economy and is interested in alternative ways of development. At UCLA, she is a member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority and plays flute in the UCLA Marching Band. After graduation, she hopes to pursue a career as an economic policy professional in the nonprofit sector.
