Freza Paro is a fourth-year Global Studies and Political Science double major. In addition to her involvement with the Burkle Center, she is an Executive Board member for Model United Nations at UCLA, and a writer for UCLA’s OutWrite newsmagazine. She is currently working on a Global Studies senior thesis, examining the impact of information and communications technology on identity construction within the 1.5 generation in the United States. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and exploring the local music scene. Upon graduating from UCLA, she plans on attending law school to pursue a career in policy advocacy.
