Working with Article and Event Lists

Article and Event Lists are an important part of your Website. Once these lists are built, you can link them to your website to display your content.

  1. Go to Article Lists or Event Lists.
  2. Click on the New Article/Event List button.
  3. The following fields are required: Article/Event List Title, Description, Unit/Center/Program, and signifying if the list is Active or not. Click the Save button when finished.
  4. Once back in the Article or Event Lists screen, Search for your list by the title you just created.
  5. Click on Manage Articles/Events.
  6. Use the Filters and Search to find articles/events that you would like to group together and display as a list on your website.
  7. Click on Add to List when you find the right articles/events. They will now show up in the top list.
  8. You can Order the list by using the Sort up and down functions or you can Click and Drag the articles to the proper position. Hit the Save List Order button when finished ordering.
