Our Silver Anniversary Gala Dinner “Celebrating Extraordinary Visionaries” will be held on Tuesday, June 22, 2010, at the historic Millennium Biltmore Hotel in downtown Los Angeles.
 
 
Mr. Daniel Kim, CEO of Nexon America. Nexon America is a pioneer of interactive entertainment software and the world's leader in multiplayer online games. Based in Los Angeles, Nexon America was founded in 2005 to bring the best of online entertainment to the North American audience.  Mr. Kim joined Nexon Group in November 2006 and most recently served as the Executive Vice President for Nexon Group’s global content strategy division in Korea, where he was responsible for directing brand strategy and content licensing development for Nexon on a global level.
 
Dr. Johnson Lau, Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Kinex Pharmaceuticals.  Dr. Lau is a successful pharmaceutical executive who has had extensive experience in both scientific and business management. As Chairman, President and CEO of Ribapharm, he launched the second largest biotech IPO in history ($300 million).
 
Mr. Eric Nakamura, President and Publisher of the hip Asian pop-culture magazine Giant Robot. In 1994, Mr. Nakamura and co-founder Martin Wong photocopied and stapled the first edition of Giant Robot – that has now grown into a full-fledged magazine with an increasingly international fan base. Mr. Nakamura has built on the success of Giant Robot with stores in Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco selling imported art goods from Japan.
 
Mr. Tsutomu (Tom) Tanaka, Deputy President, Mitsubishi UFJ Securities.  Mr. Tanaka is responsible for Global Investment Banking, International Business, Investment Advisory, Clean Energy Finance Office and Corporate Planning. Tanaka’s business career started in 1972, immediately after his graduation from Hitotsubashi University (LL.B.).
 
Mr. Raju Vegesna, Chairman and CEO of Sify Technologies Limited, a publicly traded Internet and eCommerce services company based in India. Mr. Vegesna took up the executive duties in 2006 and has transformed Sify into the premier IT services company in India with a significantly expanded global reach. Mr. Vegesna is a Silicon Valley entrepreneur who founded several leading edge technology companies, including Server Works Corporation, acquired by Broadcom in 2001. After that acquisition, and a brief stint with Broadcom, Mr. Vegesna founded and currently serves as CEO and Chairman of Server Engines, LLC, company engaged in the development of innovative enterprise computing products.
 
Ms. Sue Wong, Fashion Designer. Ms. Wong has become a prolific designer who has been able to blend her relentless energy with creativity, organization and humanity. In January 2010, Ms. Wong announced she will be launching a new high-end dress line – Sue Wong for Walt Disney – inspired by Alice in Wonderland.  The line will feature unique details inspired by the film such as Victorian antique lace and vibrant details that are combined with Ms. Wong's signature style of romance, femininity and hand-craftsmanship. Key characters that influence the collection include Alice, the Red Queen, the White Queen and the White Rabbit.
