Southern California’s largest community tradition of Filipino arts and culture, the Festival of Philippine Arts and Culture (FPAC) celebrates its 22nd Annual with the theme Pag-Ugnay, Paglago at Pagbabago (Interconnectedness, Abundance, and Renewal).
