While At UCLA

I studied history at UCLA as an undergraduate and am now working toward an MLIS and an MA in Latin American Studies. My research interests include the preservation of Latin American literature and art as well as the roles of both “mainstream” and community archives during the dirty wars in the Southern Cone.

I hope to investigate how literature, art, and community archives can be means for protest and sites of memory within this context. My hobbies are learning languages and reading – especially Harry Potter, the works of Gabriel Garcia Marquez, and medieval literature (I studied medieval history in undergrad).
